Mit dem „Gesetz zum Schutz vor Manipulationen an digitalen Grundaufzeichnungen“ sind im Dezember 2016 von Bundestag und Bundesrat die Regelungen für den Einsatz von Kassensystemen und Registrierkassen deutlich verschärft worden. Erste Änderungen, wie z.B. die Einführung der „Kassennachschau“ sind bereits seit 2018 in Kraft. Mit dem 1. Januar 2020 werden nun die Kernpunkte der neuen Vorschriften verbindlich. Dabei handelt es sich um den Einsatz einer sogenannten „zertifizierten Technischen Sicherheitseinrichtung (TSE)“ mit der Kasse, einer Belegausgabepficht und einer Meldepflicht für die Kassen und Technischen Sicherheitseinrichtungen. Darüber hinaus können bei Verstößen gegen die neu eingeführten Pflichten Bußgelder bis zu einer Höhe von 25.000 Euro im Rahmen eines Ordnungswidrigkeitsverfahrens fällig werden.

The Plusonic PLCR-NFC ACR122U is a PC-connected contactless smart card reader/writer that works on the basis of 13.56 MHz RFID & NFC technology. The SD800 from ARTDEV is an 8" cash register monitor with a frameless true flat display and USB connection. It can be operated free-standing on a stand.
