The new ALL-PR2013O-30W is a small 2-port PoE switch or PoE repeater and extends the PoE signal by 100 meters each. This length is normally the maximum distance for PoE supply from power and data. With the help of the repeater, up to 300 meters of PoE can be achieved if a new device is installed every 100 meters. This is only possible because it is an active device and the signal is always reprocessed. The repeater is fed with IEEE802.3bt and outputs IEEE802.3af/at PoE up to 70 watts. The certification for protection classes -IP67 makes the product suitable for outdoor use, as it is dustproof and protected against heavy splash water and short submersion. To give you a better idea of the concept of an outdoor repeater, here are some usage scenarios:

Power and data supply of an outdoor IP camera and an access point simultaneously
Connection of two IP cameras with simultaneous power supply
Possibility of an emergency IP phone outside the company building
