The injector automatically recognises which PoE standard is present at the end device on the output side and regulates the voltage accordingly. Uneingeschränkte Installationsfreiheit Mit dem ALLNET ALL0488V6 Power over Ethernet Injektor installieren Sie Ihre PoE-fähigen IP Endgeräte wie WLAN AccessPoints, VoIP Telefone und vieles mehr absolut unabhängig von vorhandenen Stromsteckdosen. So lassen sich zum Beispiel für WLAN AccessPoints die funktechnisch idealsten Installationsorte in einem Gebäude auswählen, ohne auf die Stromverkabelung achten zu müssen. Nicht PoE-fähige Switche können günstigst mit Power over Ethernet "nachgerüstet" werden, speziell wenn man nur wenige Ports mit PoE-Versorgung benötigt. Hier erspart der ALL0488V4 die Anschaffung eines PoE-Switches. Der ALLNET ALL0488V6 unterstützt den IEEE802.3af & IEEE802.3at Standard mit eine Leistung von maximal 30W Watt. Der ALL0488V6 muss nicht konfiguriert werden. Es besitzt eine RJ45-Eingangsbuchse und eine RJ-45 Ausgangsbuchse, über diese Switch und Endgerät mit dem PoE-Injektor verbunden werden. Die Kabellänge kann hier, wie im Ethernet üblich, bis zu 100 Metern zwischen Switch und Endgerät in Summe betragen. Durch die kompakte Bauform kann der ALLNET ALL0488V6 sehr unauffällig installiert werden. Im Gegensatz zu seinen Vorgängern, besitzt der ALL0488V56 ein interne Netzteil. Er liefert die PoE-Spannung nur auf Pins 4+5 (+) und 7+8 (-), man benötigt also ein 8-adriges LAN-Kabel.
